The construction period is 24 months. It is planned to start in January 2026 and be completed in January 2028. The project focuses on the resource utilization and comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, adopting advanced technologies such as 3T strong magnetic separation combined with heavy separation for impurity removal, and supercritical thermal cracking. It processes 1 million tons of coal gangue per year and produces 400,000 tons of kaolin, 100,000 tons of clean coal, and 5 million tons of mineral soil amendment agent annually. After completion, the annual average output value will be 940 million yuan, and the annual average net profit will be 26,584,150 yuan. The investment payback period is 3.23 years (after tax, excluding the construction period), and the financial internal rate of return is 42.23% (after tax). The project complies with the national circular economy and solid waste management industry policies, and has significant economic, social and environmental benefits. It can provide stable returns for investors and has strong investment value.

Relying on world-leading patented technologies such as advanced physical field mineral separation and supercritical thermal cracking, the industrial solid waste (coal gangue) generated from coal mining is utilized for high value-added, large-scale and comprehensive resource utilization, creating a benchmark for circular economy and green industries. Five modern production workshops and supporting facilities will be constructed, with an annual processing capacity of 2 million tons of coal gangue. Upon reaching full production capacity, it can produce 240,000 tons of clean coal, 370,500 tons of kaolin, 9 million tons of mineral soil conditioner, 102,000 tons of mullite, and 127,500 tons of coke gemstone, among other high value-added products. The total investment of the project is 128,089.66 million yuan, of which 42,504.86 million yuan is self-raised by the enterprise (accounting for 33.18%), and 85,584.80 million yuan is proposed to be applied for bank loans (accounting for 66.82%). The annual operating income is 124,430.00 million yuan, and the net profit is 59,870.42 million yuan. The after-tax financial internal rate of return (FIRR) of the project reaches 43.35%, and the after-tax static investment recovery period is 3.17 years (including the construction period).

The project aims to build a solid waste resource utilization base with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of blast furnace slag and 500,000 tons of steel slag, totaling an annual processing capacity of 1 million tons of steel-related solid waste. The project adopts a dual-track parallel and terminal convergence route of "high-activity ultra-fine grinding of water slag - physical separation of valuable components of steel slag - preparation of low-carbon cementitious materials", forming a comprehensive business model of polymer low-carbon cementitious materials, iron concentrate, rare earth concentrate, other valuable metal concentrates and solid waste treatment income. The total land area of the project is approximately 98 acres, with a total construction area of about 38,000 square meters. The construction period is 12 months. The total investment is 30,472.5 million yuan, including construction investment of 28,500.0 million yuan, construction period interest of 472.5 million yuan, and working capital of 1,500.0 million yuan. The planned capital is 9,472.5 million yuan, and external financing of 21,000.0 million yuan is applied for.

This project is located in Jiuyuan District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a newly-built project focusing on the large-scale resource utilization of coal gasification slag. With a total investment of 681,892,400 yuan, the construction period is 12 months (from March 2026 to March 2027). The project adopts a dual-line parallel process of "acid leaching line + microcrystalline glass line", capable of processing 1 million tons of coal gasification slag annually. It produces high-value-added products such as liquid polyaluminum, solid polyaluminum, white carbon black, and microcrystalline glass. After completion, the annual average output value will be 126,000 million yuan, the annual average net profit will be 32,374.13 million yuan, the after-tax financial internal rate of return will be 51.19%, the investment payback period will be 3.05 years (excluding the construction period), and the break-even point will be 23.30%. The project deeply aligns with the national circular economy, solid waste utilization, and "dual carbon" strategies, and has significant economic, social, and environmental benefits. It provides investment institutions with a low-risk, high-return high-quality investment target.
