This project is located in Jiuyuan District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a newly-built project focusing on the large-scale resource utilization of coal gasification slag. With a total investment of 681,892,400 yuan, the construction period is 12 months (from March 2026 to March 2027). The project adopts a dual-line parallel process of "acid leaching line + microcrystalline glass line", capable of processing 1 million tons of coal gasification slag annually. It produces high-value-added products such as liquid polyaluminum, solid polyaluminum, white carbon black, and microcrystalline glass. After completion, the annual average output value will be 126,000 million yuan, the annual average net profit will be 32,374.13 million yuan, the after-tax financial internal rate of return will be 51.19%, the investment payback period will be 3.05 years (excluding the construction period), and the break-even point will be 23.30%. The project deeply aligns with the national circular economy, solid waste utilization, and "dual carbon" strategies, and has significant economic, social, and environmental benefits. It provides investment institutions with a low-risk, high-return high-quality investment target.
