The project aims to build a solid waste resource utilization base with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of blast furnace slag and 500,000 tons of steel slag, totaling an annual processing capacity of 1 million tons of steel-related solid waste. The project adopts a dual-track parallel and terminal convergence route of "high-activity ultra-fine grinding of water slag - physical separation of valuable components of steel slag - preparation of low-carbon cementitious materials", forming a comprehensive business model of polymer low-carbon cementitious materials, iron concentrate, rare earth concentrate, other valuable metal concentrates and solid waste treatment income. The total land area of the project is approximately 98 acres, with a total construction area of about 38,000 square meters. The construction period is 12 months. The total investment is 30,472.5 million yuan, including construction investment of 28,500.0 million yuan, construction period interest of 472.5 million yuan, and working capital of 1,500.0 million yuan. The planned capital is 9,472.5 million yuan, and external financing of 21,000.0 million yuan is applied for.
